Consumer Health Data Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Some Businesses use Kyroba forms that may ask for health information, such as allergies, skin conditions or reactions to products. This policy explains how that information is handled. It applies together with the Privacy Policy.
What health data
Only what you enter in a Business’s form, for example: whether you have allergies and to what, skin or scalp conditions, or past reactions to dyes. Also your signature and the date.
Why
Only so the Business can serve you safely (for example, avoid a product you are allergic to) and keep a record of your consent. It is not used for advertising, it is not sold and it is not used for anything else.
Consent
Before you submit a form we ask you to check a box agreeing that the Business may keep your answers. If you do not check it, the form is not sent. You can withdraw your consent and ask for your answers to be deleted by contacting the Business or info@kyroba.app.
Who it is shared with
Only with the Business you send it to (the owner and their authorized team). Kyroba and its database and hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel) store it on the Business’s behalf. It is not shared with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your health data, and to know who it was shared with. Email info@kyroba.app; we will respond within 45 days.
